Trial project
Project reflection
What was the purpose/goal of this project?
To learn about immigration and how a trial is run.
What do you think went well?
I think our group did well is how we used objections.
What would you have done differently?
Well truth be told I believe our biggest downfall wasn’t necessarily OUR downfall. What I mean is when the other groups did research on our topic, a lot of these facts were incorrect. The problem was that though we knew they were wrong we didn’t have proof to back us up. So I would like to print and bring more than we did.
How was your partnership with your lawyer/witness/attorney? What went well? What could’ve gone better?
Surprisingly almost everyone was positive the whole time so everyone got along well.
How has this project changed your perception about anything? (i.e. law, courtroom, group work, public speaking, debating, etc.)
The questions should be “Did this project change your perception about anything?” and the answer would be...no.
